Are Watch 6 products made to order?

Most Watch 6 products are produced after an order is placed. This helps us offer more designs, colors, and sizes without carrying excessive inventory. Production takes place before carrier transit begins.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time includes both production and shipping. The current production estimate appears on product pages, and carrier transit depends on the destination, shipping method, holidays, weather, and carrier conditions.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when the shipment is prepared for carrier pickup. It can take time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Items may ship separately when they are produced at different facilities or become ready at different times. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?

Contact us immediately with your order number. Because many products enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

What should I do if my item is damaged, incorrect, or defective?

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not discard the product or send it back until you receive instructions.

What is your return or exchange policy?

How do I choose the correct size?

Use the Size & Fit section on the individual product page whenever available. Compare those measurements with a garment you already own rather than relying only on the size name.

How should I care for printed apparel?

Follow the care information provided on the product page. As a general practice, wash printed garments inside out with like colors, use a gentle cycle, avoid ironing directly over the design, and use low heat when drying.

Do you offer discount codes?

Promotions may be offered through the website or Watch 6 email list. Only one discount may apply when Shopify or the promotion rules limit code combinations.
