Carrier transit
Transit begins after production is complete. Available methods, costs, and estimated transit times appear at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when it becomes available. Carrier activity may take time to appear after a label is created.
Production time versus delivery time
Production and carrier transit are separate. A delivery estimate begins after the order has been produced and transferred to the carrier. Checkout estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking and separate packages
Items in one order may be produced or fulfilled separately. They may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking information.
Address changes and delivery questions
Review the shipping address before checkout. Contact us as quickly as possible if a correction is needed, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.
